If you’ve been here a while, you know how much I love home.

And not just beautiful homes but fully thought out, well designed, loved & lived in, intentional homes.

And honestly?

That’s not always easy to figure out, especially if you're not ready to hire a full-blown interior designer.

Over the last 9 years, from prepping homes to sell, to renovating my own homes into something I genuinely love, I became a resource to those around me.

But with so many people asking the same questions, I thought, "How can I teach this to everyone at once?"

Something that would help them either create a space they love with confidence or teach them how prep their homes to sell for top dollar (which we need to know how to do in this market!).

I couldn’t find anything other than hundreds of googles searches that truly explained all I was trying to share … so I created it.
